Senior Associate/Manager Role Insurance Claim Services & Forensic Accounting Quantus Claim Preparation Services provides personalized claim preparation and valuation services tailored to individual client needs. We act as the client\'s liaison in preparing insurance claims and guide them through the entire claim process. Our team analyzes, estimates, quantifies, and reconciles losses, ensuring coverage of potential exposures such as migration, property damages, business interruption, and extra expenses. Overview This is a full-time (hybrid) role for an experienced Associate or entry-level Manager at Quantus. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to reviewing property damage, extra expense, and financial documentation and preparing damages analyses. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical abilities. Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Work closely with senior management and practice leaders to execute Company objectives and accomplish individual performance targets/goals. Actively participate in group practice meetings and Company events. Organize and participate in meetings with clients and adjusting team members. Establish secure file sharing sites and monitor uploads. Catalog, organize, and maintain project documentation provided by clients and others. Draft preliminary requests for information and track responses to requests. Review quotes, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices and prepare related analyses and support document hyperlinks. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets and working papers, and other files. Assist with the analysis of general ledgers, financial statements, and other ordinary course of business reports. Prepare damages models and financial analyses. Develop detailed reconciliations that summarize differences between claimed and adjusted amounts. Perform quality reviews of work product prepared by colleagues. Train, supervise, and mentor staff. Qualifications Higher education degree in accounting, economics, or a related field. Earned professional designation(s) and/or working towards one. Minimum two to three years’ experience working for an accounting and/or consulting firm. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. Advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel and other Office products. Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong desire to advance within the Company. Collaborative mindset and willingness to revise preliminary opinions and findings when presented with new information. Ability to travel when needed.
