The Ministry of Highways is seeking candidates for summer employment as General Labourer/Flag Person for the Buffalo Narrows Section As a labourer/flag person in a Section crew, you will: Provide traffic control (e.g. flagging);Clean the shop;Assist others with culvert maintenance, crack filling and directing traffic;Clean up after accidents (e.g. debris, clutter, animals);Establish work zones and erect appropriate signs;Replace broken signs; andPaint. As a member of a team that ensures public safety, you will have the opportunity to work with new and advanced technologies and equipment. To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license. Candidates must be able to perform the duties of this position in a safe manner.
