Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control needs. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat11:00 AM - 07:30 PMSun11:00 AM - 07:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and communicate with residents, guests, and/or management regarding security-related matters.Support the overall residential location by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, then reporting findings to Allied Universal leadership and/or property contacts. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
