New Roots Construction is hiring a reliable, hard-working Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Vermont. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training—perfect for someone who wants to build real skills and grow into a carpentry role.

We’re a small crew that takes pride in doing things the right way. If you show up, work hard, and care about the quality of what you build, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting carpenters on residential job sitesCarrying materials, site prep, and cleanupBasic demo and construction tasksLearning framing, siding, windows, and more over timeKeeping jobs clean, safe, and organizedWhat We’re Looking For:

No experience required (construction experience is a plus)Strong work ethic and willingness to learnReliable transportation to job sitesShows up on time, ready to workAble to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoorsPay & Benefits:
