About this role
General Laborer position - assists with rig up, rig down and equipment operation. Will work with machinery, hand tools, and will perform physical labor. Job requires 12hr shifts (day or night) and 28 days on / 14 days off rotation.
Position will be in Midland/Odessa area or Orla area. Starting entry level wage is $14.5/hr with 40hrs of regular time per week and 44hrs of overtime per week. Raises are given based on attitude, willingness and ability to learn, and demonstrated leadership.
Must hold valid driver's license. English is a plus but not required.
