Position: Receptionist (Corporate Office)Summary
We are seeking a professional, personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our corporate office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment, effectively triaging communications, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a professional, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls, triage calls appropriately, route calls to the correct departments or individuals, and take accurate messages Manage high‑volume and multi‑line phone systems with professionalism and sound judgment Utilize Microsoft Teams for internal communication, message routing, and coordination with corporate staff Maintain a tidy, professional front desk and reception area Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxing Provide administrative support to corporate office staff as needed Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and basic office coordination Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Support team collaboration and contribute to a professional and welcoming office culture
Qualifications & Skills
Reliable transportation and consistent ability to arrive on time and work scheduled hours Previous receptionist or administrative experience required; healthcare or medical office experience preferred Demonstrated experience triaging phone calls and determining appropriate escalation or routing Strong written and verbal communication skills, including accurate message‑taking and proofreading Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office productivity software Comfortable using standard office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, phones) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands High level of attention to detail, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience as a personal assistant or dental/medical receptionist is a plus
