Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 02:30 PMTue06:30 AM - 02:30 PMWed06:30 AM - 02:30 PMThur06:30 AM - 02:30 PMFri06:30 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity, access concerns, and/or maintenance-related issues.Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting site access control practices.Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with staff, and completing required reports and/or incident documentation. Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
