Security Guard Officer

We are currently seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our team in San Jose and surrounding areas.

Position Overview

We are hiring for various shifts, including Day, Swing, and Graveyard. The ideal candidate is a dependable professional with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of premises and parking facilities. Incident Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and resident concerns. Compliance: Drivers wanted!!!! If you meet our insurance criteria of being 25 years of age and above please apply. Perform site inspections to ensure adherence to post orders, company policies, and safety protocols. Documentation: Maintain accurate daily activity reports (DARs), incident logs, and vehicle inspection records. Communication: Serve as a professional liaison between property management and company leadership.

Qualifications

Licensing: Valid California Guard Card and 8-hour Powers to Arrest Certificate (Required). Transportation: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required). Communication: Professional proficiency in verbal and written English. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of the shift.
