OSG Service Group are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Retail Security Officers to join our team working at the Harvey Nichols store in Manchester city centre. The successful candidates will receive a starting salary of £13.00 per hour. OSG provide security and risk management services to the retail, manufacturing, education and public sectors. We have supplied security services to the high end retail sector for over twenty years and as a result our retail client portfolio include some of the leading names in fashion, jewellery and beauty. Duties Maintaining a high profile, visible security presence Being a polite and approachable security contact for customers and staff Providing excellent customer service Dealing with loss prevention issues Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity Working as part of an experienced security team Writing statements and reports as necessary Essential Experience Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision licence due to the requirement to cover the store’s bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders.
