Real Estate Land Acquisition CloserJob Overview We are looking for a driven and experienced Land Acquisition Closer to support our expansion in vacant land investments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and experience in evaluating and closing land deals. Application Requirements (Read Carefully) Relevant experience is mandatory – no exceptions Resume must be submitted in English A recorded voice note introduction in English is required Applications without a voice note will NOT be considered under any circumstances Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound and outbound landowner leads Evaluate land value using comps, zoning regulations, access, utilities, and market data Build trust with sellers and navigate longer, more complex sales cycles Negotiate terms and close land acquisition deals effectively Track and manage all leads through CRM with structured follow-ups Collaborate with due diligence teams (title, zoning, surveys, etc.) Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth transaction flow Stay updated on land market trends and investment opportunities Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate sales, or similar roles Strong understanding of zoning, land valuation, and due diligence processes Excellent English communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with longer deal cycles Proven ability to close deals and hit targets Compensation & Schedule Pay: $5 – $10 per hour Schedule: 1 PM – 9 PM CST Type: Full-time Location: Remote Pay: From E£260.07 per hour Application Question(s) Please attach a Link to self introduction in English Work Location: Remote
