Description At Armor Protection Group, we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as a Flex Armed Security Guards. As a security guard, you will be responsible for protecting our clients and their assets by patrolling designated areas and ensuring the safety and security of all individuals on the premises. **Responsibilities:** Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area Monitor surveillance equipment Enforce rules and regulations to prevent criminal activity Respond to emergencies and alarms Maintain detailed reports of incidents and activities **Requirements:** Must have a valid AZ armed security guard license At least 4 to 8 years prior experience in security /supervisor or Retired law enforcement/Military Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and Holidays Must have reliable transportation and working cell phone **Salary:** $23 per hour Please note that Armor Protection Group is an equal opportunity employer, and we do not inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process.
