We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our clients' agricultural operation in Coega, Port Elizabeth. This role is ideal for a strong team leader who can oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, and support a well-organized, efficient production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting continuous skills development within the workforce. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily production operations within assigned plant sectionsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and production quality standardsExecute production planning in line with operational requirementsSupervise and manage production staff, including shift planning and staffing levelsMaintain discipline and support sound labour relations practiceMonitor and enforce housekeeping and sanitation standards across production linesFacilitate on-the-job training and upskilling of production staffCollaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensure seamless production flow Requirements: Grade 12A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in the food, citrus, dairy, or packhouse industryProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportWillingness to work shifts and extended hours as requiredResiding in or near the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
