Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor / Head Guard to oversee security operations, manage security guards, and ensure smooth functioning of all security activities at the assigned site. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, monitoring guard performance, and ensuring safety and security compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage security guards on duty.Prepare and maintain duty rosters and shift schedules.Ensure proper deployment of guards at assigned locations.Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of guards.Conduct regular site inspections and patrolling.Report incidents, security breaches, and daily activities to management.Handle emergency situations and coordinate with emergency services when required.Verify visitor, vehicle, and material entry/exit records.Ensure guards follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.Train and guide guards regarding duties and responsibilities.Maintain coordination with clients, management, and field officers.Requirements: Minimum education: 12th Pass or above.Prior experience in security supervision preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Basic knowledge of reporting and record maintenance.Ability to manage teams and handle emergencies.Physically fit and disciplined.Skills: Leadership and team managementCommunication and coordinationIncident handling and reportingDecision-making abilityDiscipline and punctualityWorking Conditions: Rotational shiftsDay/Night dutyIndoor and outdoor supervisionSalary: As per company norms and experience.
