Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed08:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, donors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify potential concerns and report security-related, maintenance, and/or environmental issues.Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and compliance with site policies and procedures.Document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and assist with direction during alarms, medical events, and other onsite situations. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age.Access control and badge experience is preferred.CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
