Role Description This full-time, on-site role for a Flex Security Officer is based in Seattle, WA. The Flex Security Officer will provide security services, including conducting routine patrols, monitoring premises and equipment, responding to incidents, and maintaining order on-site. Officers may also be required to assist with access control procedures, implement emergency response protocols, and provide excellent customer service. Flexibility is key as this role may involve variable shifts and assignments based on client needs. Qualifications Security expertise: Knowledge of basic security protocols, facility patrols, and access control systems.Emergency response skills: Familiarity with incident handling, threat mitigation, and safety procedures.Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients.Attention to detail: Observational skills and the ability to accurately document incidents and maintain logs.Physical fitness: Ability to perform active patrol duties, stand for extended periods, and respond promptly to emergencies.Flexibility: Willing to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or the military; relevant certifications such as CPR, first aid, or security-related licenses.
