Zoomlion South Africa is looking for a Customer Service Representative primarily focused on manning the customer service hotline and reception area. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This position requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customer's needsData entry in various platformsGreet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone callsManage the company email inbox and distribute messages to appropriate staff Qualifications At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience.A qualification will be advantageous.Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.High level of confidentiality and discretion.Customer service-oriented mindset.
