Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.Monitor building access points, greet visitors, verify credentials, and support visitor registration and sign-in processes for a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to building management and/or emergency services as needed.Answer phones, direct tenants and guests, and provide information and assistance that supports daily front desk operations and a professional lobby environment.Document routine activities, visitor interactions, and unusual events in logs and reports, and report concerns to the appropriate contacts.
