Mercury Security and Facilities Management are now recruiting for full time Static Security Guards to join our team on a temporary basis (with the prospect of permanent employment)in a prime location (with the prospect of permanent employment). We are looking for guards that can demonstrate confidence, flexibility, reliability, work as part of a team and work on own initiative. Hours of work: Monday - Friday (approx. 42-48 hours per week). Combination of days and night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills to deliver an effective and efficient service to the client: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to provide electronic reports in relation to any incidents Excellent customer service skills Capability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player The ability to use CCTV and other monitoring equipment - SIA License is essential A good standard of fitness Ensuring the safety of colleagues and visitors on site Providing a polite, visible uniformed presence at access points and around sites Protecting and safeguarding the company assets General Health and Safety on site Logging visitor details Ensuring only authorised persons are allowed access to site You will be required to work with our Management Teams to ensure the service provided is second to none for our client. Pay: From £13.50 per hour Benefits Company pension Free parking On-site parking Work Location: In person
