Cophia Coffee Co is seeking a skilled Barista who is passionate about coffee. Ideal candidates will have : Minimum of 2 years experience. Fluency in English is required. Sober Habits. In-depth knowledge of how to be able to craft various coffee styles to a high standard. Arriving on time and having own modes of transportation to work. Flexitime Availability - Weekends and select week days if required. Responsibilities include: Preparing high quality coffee, Milkshakes and Iced Beverages. Ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should be able to work well under pressure. Comply with safety regulations. Handle transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment. Keep the coffee station clean and organised and ensuring proper operation and routine cleaning of coffee machine.
