Position: Unarmed Security Officer Location: Poway, CA 92064 Type: Full-Time & Part-time Shifts: Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts Pay: $18/hr. Responsibilities Include: Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity. Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff ✅ Requirements: Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required) 1 year of security experience preferred Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
