Floating Teller Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Compensation: $19.00/hourly Join our dynamic Operation Team in Nashville, TN We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Floating Teller to support all Middle Tennessee branches, with occasional assignments in Cookeville and Johnson City. This role is responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions while delivering exceptional member service and representing the Credit Union with professionalism at every branch location. Deliver quick, accurate service (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments). Balanced Cash Handler: Achieve 100% accuracy in daily cash drawer balancing and reporting. Adhere to all safety, security, and BSA compliance guidelines to protect member data. Professionally handle account inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Support vault operations, dual control procedures, and branch cleanliness. In-depth knowledge of credit union products, services, and the "credit union difference". Ability to proactively greet and assist members with a professional, friendly demeanor via in-person or phone channels. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to educate members on financial options. Ability to learn and strictly adhere to federal regulations and internal compliance policies. Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and using standard office equipment. Willingness to travel between branch locations, with valid transportation, and ability to operate a company vehicle when assigned to East branch locations High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year cash handling and/or customer service experience required. Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution required. Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods.
