Purpose: The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations and being the first point of contact for the organisation. The role ensures a welcoming, professional, and efficient reception experience for all visitors, clients, and staff, while supporting smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Experience and Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role will be advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and productively. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail in all daily tasks. Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional approach. Strong customer service orientation with a helpful and service-driven attitude. Honest, reliable and consistently demonstrate integrity. Friendly, approachable, and professional manners when dealing with visitors, staff, and suppliers. Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist all visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately. Manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy, organised, and presentable. Maintain visitor logs and ensure all security and access procedures are followed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and internal distribution. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and boardroom bookings. Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained to a professional standard. Provide general administrative support to management and departments as required. Assist with basic office coordination, filing, data capturing, and document management. Ensure all office equipment and reception supplies are maintained and reported when needed. Job Type: Temporary Work Location: In person
