Role & responsibilities To initiate TNI on an annual basis and prepare the training calendar based on the same. To train all the new joiners in the department of Nursing on NIP. To train all the nurses as per the training calendar. To take OJT and classroom training of the nursing department. To be responsible for the evaluation of training data and feedback analysis. To maintain the data/ training records. To ensure 70% of the unique coverage of the nursing staff members. 100% accuracy in data management and analysis. Optimum resource utilization.
