The mobile security officer will provide photos via a site report application from the phone. While on site, the security officer will hand check exterior building doors and windows, parking garages, entrances and walkways. Security officers will report all security issues to include tress passing, loitering, unauthorized parking, illegal dumping. Security officer will report issues of property damage, graffiti, water leaks, lighting deficiencies and safety hazards: trip and fall surface conditions, pot holes, unsafe construction conditions, etc. Part time: week days and weekends. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD! NO TICKETS, NO ACCIDENTS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
