Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may need attention. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and property conditions to help support authorized entry, follow site procedures, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations. Assist with routine site operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and communicating with tenants, contractors, and emergency personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
