Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $26.80 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, completing required reports, and assisting with emergency procedures and/or evacuation guidance when appropriate.Minimum Requirements: Possess 2 or more years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Be 21 or more years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
