Job Type / Category Duties include monitoring the shop floor, entrances, and exits to deter theft and anti-social behaviour, conducting regular patrols, managing access to restricted areas, and responding to incidents in line with company procedures. Officers will also support customer and staff safety, assist during emergencies, complete incident reports and shift handovers, and support opening and closing procedures. Security staff will be expected to greet customers professionally, operate radio communication equipment, and use a banned shopper identification system following training. Applicants must hold a valid SIA Licence, have strong communication and customer service skills, and be able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow site procedures are essential. First aid knowledge is preferred. Full site training will be provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £12.71 per hour Work Location: In person
