About this role Are you ready to lead the way in courier excellence? As our Courier Optimisation Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland, you will own the end-to-end courier enablement agenda. You will care for our delivery network by ensuring supply, quality, and readiness are optimized at scale. By partnering with our Delivery and Optimisation teams, you will deliver high-impact results that reduce operational risk and empower our couriers to succeed in a fast-paced environment. These are some of the key components to the position: Own end-to-end courier supply readiness across the United Kingdom and Ireland to ensure network stability.Drive accountability for onboarding, activation, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) including quality metrics.Lead courier readiness for product changes, ensuring safe and seamless implementation, and partner with the Courier Marketing team to drive clear communication and adoption where needed.Partner with Network Optimisation teams to embed courier supply considerations into optimisation initiatives and cost-function / algorithm experiments.Collaborate with Courier Quality teams to ensure compliance and standards are met across all processes.Translate operational insights into actionable inputs for Product, Tech, and Optimisation teams.Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks ahead of peak periods or major product launches. Experience in operations, supply, or logistics within a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.Strong understanding of onboarding and quality management within a marketplace model.Proven ability to lead cross-functional change across Operations, Product, and central teams.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple high-impact initiatives.Data-literate mindset with the ability to use insights to drive informed business decisions.Confident communication skills to translate complex changes into simple guidance for stakeholders.Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on execution quality.
