We're seeking a part-time, remote Systems & Digital Platform Specialist for a project ranging between 5 - 10 hours weekly. This role is a pivotal opportunity for a technical specialist to lead the structural transformation of a growing organisation’s digital ecosystem. By rationalising and optimising a suite of cloud-based platforms, you will ensure seamless document governance, operational efficiency, and a secure foundation for future scaling.Key Responsibilities:Audit and refine the current Microsoft 365 environment, including tenants, user permissions, Teams, and OneDrive configurations.Lead the implementation of SharePoint as the central HQ document platform, managing the migration of business assets from individual accounts to a structured corporate environment.Establish and document robust protocols for file naming conventions, version control, access management, and data protection.Provide high-level support and coordination across the broader platform stack, including Xero, Wix, and Moodle.Develop user guidance and simple training resources to ensure staff adoption of new digital structures and workflows.Serve as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting and continuous platform maintenance following the initial project phase.RequirementsExtensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, specifically focusing on SharePoint site architecture and document governance.Proven track record of cleaning up legacy digital systems and migrating data for small to medium-sized entities.Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly business structures.A dedicated focus on confidentiality, business continuity, and data security.Practical experience or familiarity with Xero, Wix, and Moodle environments.Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint & OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
