Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Entry-Level Rebar Associate / Construction Laborer Job Summary: The Rebar Associate is responsible for assisting with the preparation, placement, and installation of reinforcing steel (rebar) used in concrete construction. This entry-level position supports skilled workers on job sites and requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting rebar and construction materialsMeasure, cut, bend, and tie rebar using hand tools and equipmentSupport the placement and securing of rebar according to project specifications and blueprintsMaintain clean and organized work areas, including staging materialsFollow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete tasks efficientlyPerform general labor duties as needed on construction sitesQualifications: No prior experience required; construction or labor experience is a plusAbility to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team membersBasic understanding of construction tools and safety practices preferredReliable transportation and punctual attendanceWork Environment: Outdoor construction sites in various weather conditionsFast-paced, physically demanding environmentMay require early mornings, overtime, and weekend workSkills & Abilities: Strong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work in a team environmentAttention to detail and safety awarenessGood communication skillsYou should be proficient in: Heavy Material Handling Salary: USD 35000 - 45000 per year
