Introduction An established organisation in the industrial sector is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Planning Manager to lead warehouse operations and materials planning. This role is critical in ensuring efficient stock management, accurate inventory control and reliable customer delivery performance. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch Drive inventory accuracy through effective control processes and ERP management Manage materials planning and scheduling to meet production and customer demand Optimise warehouse layout, processes and overall operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and ISO standards Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse and planning team Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production and customer support teams Desired Experience & Qualification National Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 5–8 years’ experience in warehouse management and materials planning Experience within mining or heavy manufacturing environments preferred Strong ERP experience (SAP, Infor/Baan, or similar) Solid understanding of MRP, inventory control and warehouse best practices Proven leadership and people management skills
