Job description: Platinum Security Guards is currently hiring licensed Security Guards for a residential condominium located in Oakville. This position is suitable for candidates with condominium concierge and access control experience. The primary assignment will involve monitoring access control of pool area and enforcing condominium pool rules in a professional and respectful manner. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the condominium swimming pool area. Verify authorized access for residents and guests as per site procedures. Enforce condominium pool rules professionally and respectfully. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and daily security reports. Conduct safety checks and remain alert to unsafe conditions or rule violations. Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity when required. Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms calmly and professionally. Communicate effectively with supervisors, site management, residents, and emergency services when necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and follow Platinum Security Guards’ standards of conduct. Important Availability Requirement: This position requires flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available to work different shifts as required, including weekends and holidays. Applicants with limited availability may not be suitable for this role. Required Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain respectful, courteous, and professional with residents and guests. Ability to be firm and tactful when enforcing rules. Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability. Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow site procedures. Required Qualifications: Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence is required. Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CCTV systems. Residential condominium or concierge security experience is an asset.
