Role Description We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Shipping Supervisor for an on-site position in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations, managing inventory control, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with transportation providers, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and operating equipment such as forklifts. Qualifications Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes and Inventory Control Proven Supervisory Skills and ability to manage a team effectively Proficiency in Forklift Operation and safety compliance Strong Customer Service skills to maintain relationships with carriers and clients Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus Prior experience in food distribution or warehouse environments preferred
