Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist with a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on contributions will support skilled tradespeople and help shape the environments where people live, work, and play. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in construction operations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the value we place on every team member’s contribution. 3/4 of labor is indoors Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including heavy lifting and moving materials to ensure a safe and organized work environment Operate power tools and hand tools for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and finishing work Support concrete-related activities including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping concrete for various structures Install rebar and metal studs according to schematics and blueprints to reinforce concrete and masonry elements Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute tasks like framing, roofing, stucco application, and tile laying Perform masonry work such as bricklaying, stone setting, and restoration projects with precision and care Support heavy equipment operation when needed for lifting or moving large materials or equipment on-site Assist with carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, framing, renovation work, and metal stud framing Contribute to roofing projects by preparing surfaces, installing materials, and ensuring proper sealing with caulking or plastering techniques Support flooring installation and tile laying projects to meet quality standards Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or operating machinery Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with general construction processes is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating processes is advantageous for understanding project scope and resource needs Experience with concrete forming, finishing, or concrete pumping enhances your versatility on-site Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics ensures accurate execution of complex tasks Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and heavy machinery operation is essential Background in masonry, welding, plastering or restoration work demonstrates well-rounded construction expertise Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving is beneficial for transporting materials or equipment Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to building excellence!
