We are currently seeking motivated individuals ages 18–24 to join our Construction Trainee program.. . This is a FREE 10-week training where you will earn industry certifications including:. OSHA 30. Site Safety. Flagging. Scaffolding. . No experience is required. We provide hands-on training to prepare you for entry-level construction work.. After completing the program, participants will be placed into a paid internship to gain real job experience.. . Requirements:. Ages 18–24. High school diploma or equivalent.
