Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and vigilant Level II Security Officer for part-time weekend shifts. This role involves maintaining a safe environment through proactive security measures, surveillance, and conflict management. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas.Manage access control by verifying visitors, contractors, and employees.Respond promptly to security incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills.Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious activity and preventing theft.Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks.Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. RequirementsPrevious experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and confidence.Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.Ability to pass all required background checks, drug tests, and personality assessments.
