A growing organisation in Bloemfontein, Free State is seeking a HR Administrator to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. You will handle recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and labour legislation compliance. The successful candidate will shape company culture and support business objectives through effective people management. Responsibilities Prepare and submit statutory reports including Employment Equity Reports, Skills Development Levy claims, and Workplace Skills Plans. Provide advice to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation for fair application. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, interviews, reference checks, and employment offers. Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring documentation is complete and integration is smooth. Maintain and update the HR information system and employee files, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with data protection. Requirements A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Experience with payroll processing and payroll software such as Sage 300 People, VIP Payroll, or an equivalent system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. A minimum of two to five years of progressive experience in a generalist or specialist HR role within an organisation. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when processing payroll and maintaining employee records. Qualifications Certificate in Payroll Administration or Sage VIP Certification
