We're hiring on behalf of a UK motor industry startup — a fast-growing automotive platform backed by Renault Group, on a mission to make car maintenance as easy as booking a taxi. 🚗 The Opportunity We're looking for an Aftermarket Parts Sales Executive to join our client's customer-facing team. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales role where your knowledge of cars and your ability to convert conversations into outcomes will directly impact the business. You'll be the bridge between customers and garages/workshops — translating technical jargon into plain language, building trust under pressure, and making sure every customer knows exactly what's happening with their car and why. 🔧 What You'll Be Doing You'll be working directly with customers to help them understand their repair and maintenance needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant services. You'll liase with independent garage partners to ensure accurate pricing and smooth delivery, maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM, and keeping customers proactively updated throughout the process. ⚙️ What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be crazy good at sales — you know the difference between a cross-sell and an upsell, and between an open and a closed question Know about cars and parts — whether from working in a garage, selling parts, or similar Be a self-starter — you don't wait to be told to pick up the phone Clear communicator — you're clear and confident, especially when simplifying technical information Be genuinely customer-obsessed — you care about the experience, not just the close. Most importantly, you're a hustler — y ou take ownership of your pipeline, you follow up, and you don't let a deal go cold without a fight.
