Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or staff activity according to site policies. Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support order and professionalism across the location through visible presence and routine interactions. Minimum Requirements: Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
