Responsibilities include mentoring, tracking data, facilitating educational prevention lessons, coordinating parent seminars, providing school counseling coaching, attending professional trainings, and conducting mental health transition meetings. The SSC also manages and maintains student support and scholarship databases, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and effective communication of opportunities to students, families, and stakeholders. *Description** Student and Family Resources/Student Success Coordinator. The Davis District Student and Family Resources Department is seeking a part-time Student Success Coordinator for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. 20 hours per week / District Teacher/Counselor contract/Salary Table 1 (Educator salary table)-Salary within district guidelines NOTE: This is a grant-funded position and will continue as long as funding is available. THIS POSITION IS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR. Application must be submitted by Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, resume, a copy of transcripts, and letters of recommendation with their electronic application. The SSC will continue to implement an elementary school counseling mentor program. They will help with Mental Health Screening Nights, serve on community partnership committees as assigned. The SSC will work as a school counseling coach with a strong background in student support, academic guidance, and program development. Skilled in collaborating with administrators, counselors, and families to promote student success and postsecondary readiness. Proven ability to manage and maintain a comprehensive scholarship database, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and effective communication of opportunities to students and stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficient with multiple forms of technology and communication, i.e. Excel. Word, Power Point etc. Skilled in presenting to both small and large groups.
