Job Overview Senator Security South are a family run business based in Southampton, but provide innovative security solutions to a wide range of clients across Hampshire and neighbouring counties. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join our expanding team and to provide an exceptional service to one of our clients based in Southampton. You will be working Saturdays (16:00-21:00) and Sundays (13:00-21:00). There will also be the opportunity for overtime on day and night shifts. It is essential that you have a current front line SIA license and that your communication skills (both written and verbal) are to a high standard. Our reputation is key to our success, so all of our employees are expected to provide excellent customer service to our clients and their customers at all times. In return you will work for a friendly company where management adopt an open door approach and recognise and reward the contribution of their employees. You will receive a competitive pay rate and be eligible for discretionary bonus and employee of the month. All Senator Security South staff are auto enrolled in to the NEST pension scheme.
