Summary Security Officer- On call- - Part Time Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time - On call shift openings Location: WarHorse Casino SUMMARY The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members, and company assets. This role plays an essential part in enforcing policies, responding to incidents, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the property. Why Join WarHorse Casino? Ensure safety and security of guests, team members, and company property. Complete detailed incident and investigative reports in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to guests in all interactions. Assist with the secure transfer of money and chips from the casino floor. Patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe environment. Enforce casino policies, procedures, and compliance with NRGC regulations. Stand assigned post for extended periods as required. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding daily activities and incidents. Respond promptly to emergency situations and backup calls. Control access to restricted or secure areas of the facility. Maintain clear radio communication throughout assigned shift. Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required. Previous security experience preferred; casino or hospitality environment experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Gaming License: Must be able to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License. Additional Certifications: CPR Certification and a valid Driver's License required. This position does not serve or distribute alcoholic beverages. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS None.
