Weekend HOA Security Officer – Malibu Community First Choice Security Guard & Patrol Services is hiring a reliable and professional Weekend Security Officer for a private residential community in the Malibu area. We are looking for someone dependable, alert, and committed who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This is an immediate hire opportunity with the potential for additional weekday shifts and extra hours based on performance and availability. Schedule Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Includes 2 hours of daily overtime Opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts Responsibilities Monitor and control community access points Verify all visitors before granting entry Prevent unauthorized tailgating through gates Enforce HOA rules and parking regulations Conduct regular patrols of the property Assist residents, guests, and vendors professionally Document incidents and daily activity reports Maintain a strong visible security presence Important Access control is critical at this property. No individual or vehicle may enter the community without proper authorization or gate access approval. Officers must remain attentive, confident, and proactive at all times.
