If you are hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn the trade, we provide the training and equipment you need to succeed.Competitive hourly pay ($18 - $28/hr).Opportunities for overtime and career advancement.Comprehensive safety training and equipment provided.Don't just have a job—have a future in the building trades.Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and stack construction materials (wood, steel, concrete) on job sites.Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and effectively.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards (cleanup duties).Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by supervisors.Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.Technical Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Physical stamina to perform strenuous labor in various weather conditions.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
