Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns, and communicate with store leadership, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.Support access and crowd management during busy shopping periods, special events, opening and closing procedures, and/or deliveries while maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.Customer service experience is preferred.X-Ray screening experience is preferred.Loss prevention experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
