Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, with attention to unusual activity and security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that could impact daily operations. Support loss prevention and store operations by helping to deter theft, unauthorized access, and/or disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
