Key Responsibilities: Patrol Residential Areas: Conduct regular mobile patrols to deter unauthorized access and ensure the security of entrances, parking areas, and common spaces. Enforce Country Club Rules and Regulation: Ensuring all rules are enforced and violations are documented and reported. Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verifying credentials to prevent unauthorized entries. Incident Reporting: Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities in detailed reports. Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergencies, assisting in evacuation procedures and coordinating with emergency services as needed. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work full-time hours, including potential overtime. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of NC Unarmed Security Guard Registration (PPSB). Experience in the security or residential services industry is preferred but not required; we are open to training motivated candidates without prior experience. Experience in Country Club rules and regulations Skills: Strong observation and attention to detail. Ability to think critically and respond effectively in emergency situations. Proficiency in using security equipment and surveillance systems. Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.
