Introduction Ref: TJ 18401 - MS BUSINESS CENTRAL CONSULTANT (MID-SENIOR) – REMOTE Employer Description An established medium-sized company in the advertising industry with enterprise management, media, accounting, and business intelligence applications. (MULTI-NATIONAL) Duties & ResponsibilitiesJob Description Being the client facing consultant on large multinational projects. Lead “as is” workshops and build “to be” processes. Manage client project deliverables. Provide remote and onsite consultation. Write documentation on gaps identified in the product. Working with other financial systems to build integrations with products using API technology. Work closely with the product owner to ensure accuracy of design and development. Demonstrate the product in showcase sessions to client users. Test and report back on any bugs identified in the product. Conduct training sessions on the product with confidence and calmness. Conduct User Acceptance Testing and sign off on completion of product changes. Stick to project deadlines and budgets. Stay current with product roadmap, changes, and updates. Work within KPA’s provided for department, contributing both upwards (within the business) and downwards (development of team). Adhere to standard company and departmental processes and procedures. Desired Experience & QualificationQualifications Degree/ND In Accounting/Finance MS Business Central Certification Skills 4 years’ or more experience with Business Central or a similar Microsoft ERP system with preference to candidates that are tech savvy and that exhibit leadership skills. A strong understanding of accounting principles and application of accounting concepts. BC Consulting experience and the ability to lead senior client discussions. Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to document complex processes and requirements. Experience with managing client relationships and expectations. Experience in scope management and control. Technical capability and a natural aptitude for systems implementation. Strong administrative skills and ability to use systems such as Excel, Jira, Outlook, and PowerPoint without training. A background in working on or supporting financial systems such as Pastel, Accpac, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Xero, or any of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP packages. Experience with an established / multinational consulting company. Project management experience Process analysis skills and experience.
