Introduction Expanding company in the parts industry is launching a new branch in Polokwane and is looking for a hands-on Storeman / Parts Sales Advisor who enjoys working with stock, assisting customers and being part of a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys warehouse operations but also has the personality and confidence to engage with customers and drive parts sales. Duties & Responsibilities Manage stock control, binning, storage and inventory accuracy in the warehouse Pick, pack and dispatch parts efficiently according to customer orders Conduct daily cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy Assist customers with parts enquiries and sales Process sales orders, invoices and delivery documentation Upsell parts and accessories to customers where appropriate Monitor backorders and provide customers with order updates and ETAs Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment Support monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement Assist with returns, damaged stock and non-moving inventory management Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 Code 8 Driver’s License ± 2 years’ experience in parts sales, warehousing or stock control Knowledge of inventory systems and stocktaking procedures Computer literate (MS Office & ERS essential) Syspro knowledge advantageous Strong communication and customer service skills Energetic, organised and detail-driven Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
