## Solar Laborer Position - Kenansville, Florida MOSS & Associates LLC is the #1 Solar Contractor in the country for 2025, and we're hiring hardworking team members to join our utility-scale solar construction projects. If you're eager to learn a trade in solar construction and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you—no prior experience necessary. The work takes place at our field project location at 5595 N Canoe Creek Rd, Kenansville, Florida 34739. This position offers $20 per hour starting pay with genuine growth opportunities and a long-term career path in the clean energy sector. ### What the Role Involves You'll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, performing essential construction labor on solar projects. This means standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials as part of the daily work. Extended hours are common—individual shifts can last as long as 12 hours—and you should be prepared for overtime and weekend or holiday work when needed. Your responsibilities will include learning all safety protocols and best practices for working on solar projects, operating various hand tools including tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes. You'll perform general labor duties in the field on solar sites, and depending on the project needs, you may work as a Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative. Additional duties as assigned or requested are part of the position. ### What We're Looking For You need reliable transportation to and from the project site and must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Physical demands are significant—you must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while maintaining all safety standards. We need someone with the ability to work weekends and holidays as the schedule requires, and most importantly, someone who brings a positive and professional attitude aligned with Moss core values.
